Anyone who has been with a company for so long is bound to have experienced a lot. Erhard has been with Nutz GmbH for 31 years, with one break. He has been part of the company’s entire development - from a small alarm system company to what it is today. Among other things, he has helped to establish the Sonneberg and Erfurt locations during this time and witnessed Christian Gruber's path from apprentice to CEO.
As a senior project manager in the data technology department, Erhard plans, coordinates and organizes all the orders of a long-standing, major customer and enjoys a nice espresso macchiato during his breaks at work. His working days are sweetened not only by his partner and colleague Conny, but also by his daughter Karola, who recently joined #teamnutz.
In addition to extensive hikes at Lake Chiemsee and city trips with his Conny, he very much enjoys switching off with good music. Erhard was only unable to answer the question about unfulfilled wishes. What do you give a man who is happy as can be?!
